Who We Are

Grace International, is a 501(c)(3) non-profit Christian organization registered in the State of Florida, with its main operation in the country of Haiti and part of the Dominican Republic. It is accredited by the USA National Financial Accountability Organization, ECFA (Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability). This accreditation is based on the ECFA seven standards of Responsible Stewardship including Financial Accountability, Transparency and Ethical Fundraising. Our audit information will be made available to our donors upon written request. The work that you are partnering with the people of Haiti, takes a lot of resources monthly and annually. GRACE MISSION STATEMENT

Our mission is to follow the command of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ in working with the poorest of the poor and oppressed, promoting human transformation by breaking the cycle of spiritual darkness, poverty, sickness, chronic-dependency and ignorance, as we RESCUE, RELIEVE, RESTORE and EMPOWER.

GRACE PROGRAMS, SERVICES & IMPACT

Operating since 1974, Grace International was founded by Bishop Joel and wife Doris Jeune, who together oversee and lead the organization in the roles of President and Vice President. For the past 43 years, Grace International has been impacting lives through the oversight and management of many churches, 70 schools, 3 orphanages, as well as a medical/dental clinic, a pediatric hospital, a home for elderly widows, vocational school and Community sustainable villages.

Within these programs and facilities, Grace International also operates a feeding program, various learning centers as well as seasonal and annual conferences. The bases of the organization’s work in Haiti is Grace Village, located in the county of Carrefour. In the State of Florida, United States Grace International is impacting many lives of Dade and Broward Counties residents.

After the earthquake, more than 25,000 people sought refuge at Grace Village, making it the site of the second largest internally displaced camp in Port au Prince. Grace International is now working to resettle many of the people living in this camp, and create small communities that are models of holistic, sustainable and industrious living. In 2011 Grace International has been registered as a NGO (Non Govermental Organization).
